Abstract
The author reflects on the STA Fall Workshop, that took place October 2-3, 2021. Framed by music, art, and poetry, participants were invited to enter into cultural history from the Navajo creation myth of the twin brothers seeking their father’s blessing. Each participant was invited to remember their own experience of a father’s blessing, to give the blessing they yearned for to the child they were, and to send their father the blessing he might not have gotten. Participants' comments reflected the connections they felt in the space between them through these experiences.
