This piece is a reflection on the experience of viewing a YouTube video of a conversation between two mental healthcare professionals about sandplay therapy and its powerful potential in bringing about healing and wellbeing for those who engage with it in a psychotherapeutic setting. The conversation is instructive and illuminating regarding how sandplay might work for people who seek the services of a trained sandplay therapist.
