Abstract
Carl Jung noted that alchemical symbols appeared in dreams of patients with no knowledge of alchemy. These symbols also appear in sandplay processes. Colors characterize alchemical stages. Black or nigredo describes penetration into the underworld and dismemberment of outdated structure. In white or albedo the spirit rises above the body, resulting in greater vision and hard won wisdom. Red or rubedo is the stage of unification of the opposites. This coniunctio produces the philosopher’s stone, which is the alchemical gold and the manifestation of the Self.The author describes a female patient’s sandplay process, as an alchemical journey in which the there is an inward journey, into disorder and dismemberment and concludes with the uniting of numerous opposites.

Sandspiel und die Farben der Alchemie
ZUSAMMENFASSUNG: In diesem Artikel beschreibt die Autorin den Sandspielprozeß einer Frau in dem alchemistische Stufen beschrieben werden, die durch die Farbgebung wie z,B. Schwarz (Nigreado) , Weiß, (Albedo), und Rot (rubendo) gekennzeichnet sind. Die Autorin erläutert den therapeutischen Prozeß, Zerstückelung und die symbolische Reise nach Innen und beschließt mit der Vereinigung verschiedener Gegenteile.
