Abstract

In this paper, Barbara Weller clearly outlines the steps necessary to develop, research, and organize a paper that focuses on the exploration of one particular symbol. This is a necessary task for admission into STA. She encourages developing a personal relationship with the symbol before studying the objective reality of it, and then suggests that the appearance of the symbol in religious traditions, mythologies, fairy tales, and Jungian psychologists be explored.
