Abstract

This article describes the surfacing and exploration of body memories triggered by an automobile accident within the context of a middle-aged woman’s sandplay process. The author focuses particularly on this woman’s use of the blue tray as an integrative expression of her physical and spiritual experiences, bringing about a union of body and spirit.
