Abstract
This article is a brief account of the March 8, 2008, Fresno, California regional conference of STA. The focus was on case presentations demonstrating containment of overflow in the psyche, resulting from trauma. Two teaching members of STA presented one case each. A dialogue among presenters and attendees suggested that containment leads to positive attachment. A silent auction was held to benefit STA.
