Abstract
This article describes the author’s experience at the 2000 Archetype of Play Conference held at the Dominican Retreat House in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. The various facets of play were experienced in the well-held temenos of the community. Significant case work, which elaborated on sandplay therapy specifically with men journeying into community, was emphasized.
