Abstract
Francesco Montecchi begins “Hands and Talk and Analytic Listening” by recalling how Jung emphasized patient’s use of representative activities to express their inner works and recalled Schiller’s opinion that the human being is totally and fully themselves only when playing. He continues by stating that Jung considered play essential for a healthy psyche. Dr. Montecchi presents clinical case examples.
