Abstract
Clare Wright Thompson (1912–1980) was a Jungian Analyst and Founding Member of the C.G. Jung Institute of San Francisco. She worked with Dora Kalff. This article summarizes seminars that were given at the Institute in 1979, providing history of her work with children and the sandtray world. A useful list of topics for bibliographies at the C.G. Jung Institute Library on sandtray/miniatures is provided, along with therapists up to 1979 who were involved with this method.
