Abstract

Gretchen Hegeman reviews The Wisdom of Oz by Gita Morena. This book provides in depth ways to explore the American fairy tale, the wonderful wizard of Oz. Some of Morena's clients' sandplay creations are described as symbolic demonstrations of the journey through Oz. The book is divided in into three major sections: The Birth of a Fairy Tale, The Journey Through Oz and The Oz Phenomenon.
