ABSTRACT: The main thread of this article is the anima mundi. The author shows part of the sandplay process of a depressed man who regains a taste, or zest for life. He was challenged by the repetition of a rider and his mount in a particular position that suggests a partner relationship of this man with his unconscious, like the alchemists who described their relationship with the philosopher’s stone. His unconscious came as a benevolent support to the therapy with numinous manifestations in his dreams, his body and in his sandplay images. For the author, the therapeutic work with this man was a profound reflection on the spiritual aspect of C.G. Jung’s writings. He cites the contribution of several authors who consider that a fundamental spiritual element for therapy is the concept of the anima mundi as a universal field, source of wisdom and support for healing and highlights the common elements of what these authors transmit to us.

ABSTRACT: Der Hauptfaden dieses Artikels ist die Anima Mundi. Der Autor zeigt einen Teil des Sandspielprozesses eines depressiven Mannes, der wieder Lebenslust findet. Der Klient wurde durch die Wiederholung einer spezifischen Position eines Reiters und seines Pferdes herausgefordert, eine Zusammenarbeit dieses Klienten mit seinem Unbewussten herzustellen, ähnlich den Alchemisten, die ihre Beziehung zum Stein der Weisen beschrieben haben. Das Unbewusste des Patienten erschien als wohlwollende Unterstützung für die Therapie mit numinosen Manifestationen in seinen Träumen, seinem Körper und in seinen Sandspielbildern. Für den Autor war die therapeutische Arbeit mit diesem Patienten eine tiefe Betrachtung des spirituellen Aspekts von C.G. Jungs Schriften. Er zitiert die Beiträge mehrerer Autoren, die davon ausgehen, dass ein grundlegendes spirituelles Element für die Therapie das Konzept der Anima Mundi ist, eine Quelle der Weisheit und Unterstützung für Heilung, und betont auch die gemeinsamen Elemente, die diese Autoren uns vermitteln.

RESUMEN: El hilo conductor de este artículo es el Anima Mundi. El autor muestra bandejas seleccionadas del proceso de juego de arena de un hombre que sufre depresión. Con el tiempo, el paciente recupera el gusto o las ganas de vivir. Le interpeló la repetición de la imagen de un jinete y su montura en una posición particular que sugiere una relación de pareja del ego de este hombre con su inconsciente, como los alquimistas que describían su relación con la piedra filosofal. Su inconsciente fue un apoyo benévolo a la terapia con manifestaciones numinosas en sus sueños, su cuerpo y en sus imágenes de juegos de arena. Para el autor, el trabajo terapéutico con este paciente fue una profunda reflexión sobre el aspecto espiritual de los escritos de C.G. Jung. Pour l’auteur, le travail thérapeutique avec ce patient a été une réflexion profonde sur l’aspect spirituel des écrits de C.G. Jung. O inconsciente do paciente se apresentou como um apoio benevolente para a terapia, com manifestações numinosas em seus sonhos, corpo e nas imagens de seu sandplay. Para o autor, o trabalho terapêutico com esse paciente foi uma profunda reflexão sobre o aspecto espiritual dos escritos de C.G. Jung.
