TITLE: Sandplay Intensive Retreat: The Witness in the Sandplay Process

BRIEF WRITEUP: This Intensive Retreat offers a Sandplay Therapy experience for professional growth, learning, introspection and connection. The Florida Sandplay Therapy Association (FSTA) community invites practicing therapists for education and to deepen your experiences of the sand.
Psyche reveals herself through creative self-expression in the tray, held by Witness and Sand-player. This workshop will look at how the well-being of the therapist impacts one’s ability to Witness and hold the deep experience of the sandplayer. What is happening to the Witness while containing the Sandplay Therapy process? What does Witnessing involve?
The Sandplay Intensive Retreat will include presentations by FSTA members, discussion groups and experiential exercises.
