It includes mult isensory play therapy activities that follow stages of brain development a nd will provide participants with a method for assessing attachment of the ir clients across the lifecycle. A theoretical structure for the process o f the work of In Touch Again will be outlined and followed throughout the sessions. During the 6 modules\, participants will identify materials to i ntroduce these In Touch Again play therapy strategies to their clients wit h understanding\, confidence\, cultural and ethical awareness. Using these play therapy strategies in the age of telehealth will also be discussed. Each workshop module will incorporate\, validate\, and support diversity/i nclusion\, promote psychological growth\, and embrace recovery\, taking in to account the social-emotional state of the child or adult.\n\nThis train ing will demonstrate a child-centered play therapy approach that can enabl e children and adults to repair traumatic experiences or experience missin g developmental skills in the context of relationship. Participants will l earn\, through didactic and experiential presentation\, the skills to appl y this work with multicultural clients of differing ages and clinical need s.
