DESCRIPTION:\nThrough Many\, One: Diversity and Unity in Sandplay Therapy\n
 This national conference brings focus to diversity and inclusion\, and tra
 nscending division through Sandplay Therapy. Presentations will illustrate
  the clinical and symbolic process of people with diverse backgrounds and 
 spiritual beliefs. We will also examine historical trauma through multiple
  lenses and discover how engaging with Dora Kalff’s method as a therapis
 t or client can provide a platform for healing and transformation.\n\nThe 
 archetype of the rainbow provides one pathway to unity and transcendence. 
 The rainbow has become a symbol of inclusion and diversity\; with its ephe
 meral grace and relationship to the natural elements\, the rainbow also ha
 s a long history as a numinous archetype in many cultures. In ancient and 
 modern times\, the rainbow symbolizes hope\, bridging from one place or st
 ate to another\, and connection to the greater whole of psyche and cosmos.
