About My Work:
An established professional, Liz Baring uses three different and effective approaches - independently and in combination, working both non-verbally and verbally. "I provide a safe place for children and adults to be heard and understood; explore and understand what's going on in their lives right now; and tend and nourish important and neglected parts of themselves. I use a proven process to help them achieve real and meaningful inner growth, peace and balance. I've enabled children and adults to develop, feel good about themselves and resolve their emotional issues, at their own pace and level."

About My Work:
I have extensive experience working with children and since parental processes loom large on children, I include the parents in this work. As an advanced candidate in training at the CG Jung Institute in New York City, my work with adults has a strong Jungian influence. I have been working with adults via sandplay, dreamwork and journaling. My training with Marion Woodman brings the psyche-soma relationship into strong focus. I have experience working with eating disorders, addictions, relationship difficulties, midlife changes and spiritual concerns. I practice in Princeton, New Jersey and New York City.
