Townsley-Murray, Mary. Bones

ABSTRACT: A thorough description of the aspects of bones is considered in this article, as related to myths, biology and culture. Two Sandplay cases are presented. The first is of a 44-year-old woman, with severe allergies and difficulties in her marriage. She completed 31 sandtrays The dismemberment of bones and the rebirth that emerges, is described. The second process is that of a 40-year-old man, having difficulties in his marriage. In the making of more than 50 trays, he finds the bones in his process to manifest death and rebirth into his spirituality.
