ABSTRACT: This author relates the similarities between Sandplay Therapy and Self Psychology, by comparing the work of Heinz Kohut, the father of Self Psychology and Dora Kalff, the mother of Sandplay Therapy. A partial sandplay process is described from the two perspectives.
